Chairman wants four more years to continue doing what she has been doing!

Here is a scanned copy of LaRue Martin Parker's letter "To Caddo Members" sent to some Oklahoma City members. We feel all Caddo Members should see it.

We have already presented on this site documentation of questionable activities of this chairman and her friends. We will be refuting much of the information in this letter in our discussion of it on our new message board and on this site. For example, see....
